The new weekend live cooking style brunch & bubbles is now served with a uniquely intimate dining experience for guests and visitors. The central open-kitchen concept sits at the heart of the space, with live cooking stations surrounding it, all whipping up different varieties of hot dishes. With a spread of more than 70 mouth-watering sweet and savory brunch favorites.

The brunch menu is an eclectic mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with a touch of Shanghainese flavors. The Chinese style items on the menu include but are not limited to noodles, dim sum and some favorite local appetizers and snacks. For Western style, there are hot selections, such as roasted Australian Tenderloin with mushroom cream sauce, baked American cod fish with extra virgin olive oil and tomato juice, braised lamb shank with green pea, be sure to hit the chilled seafood station for Danish mussels, Atlantic sea scallops, Alaska snow crab, and some of the fattiest, juiciest oysters from Fanny Bay.

Also, with the Kitchen Studios' A La Carte Brunch Menu, guests can choose what cooking style they want and watch our skilled chef whips up their dish right before their eyes, using only the freshest of ingredients, such as Boston lobster, risotto, beef spare ribs, lamb chops, etc.

Brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 to 15:00.

CNY388* per person, includes free-flow coffee, local beer, tea and soft drinks.

Free-flow Perrier-Jouët Champagne and Beringer Wines are included for an additional CNY100* per person.
